In this fun, beginner-friendly class, you'll use beautifully detailed laser- and Cricut-cut mylar stencils along with fabric paints to create elegant holiday designs on cotton placemats. Choose from a variety of seasonal patterns—including snowflakes, holly, ornaments, and more—and personalize your placemats with your favorite holiday colors. Students are welcome to bring the hand-dyed placemats they created in the previous Holiday Hand-Dyed Placemat class, or start with plain, undyed cotton placemats provided in class. Learn tips for achieving crisp stencil designs while creating a coordinated set that's perfect for holiday entertaining or gift giving. No experience necessary. All tools, paints, stencils, and placemats (if needed) are provided. Suitable for ages 15 and up.
